If you like puzzles, go for it

Author's Rating: 4/5 stars

Pros: being able to move your character, puzzles

Cons: can be a bit difficult for younger users

The Bottom Line:
If you enjoy Sims, give it a try! It IS different than the other versions.

I enjoyed this game starting out because hey, I like playing God to be honest. But it does get frustrating and a bit annoying when really have no goal to work towards. It may have been better if you were working towards getting rescued or something but after you get to the volcano, it is done.

I liked having the different tasks of building tools, finding things to build stuff. I also really like how you have to really do stuff like dye clothes, make your clothes, build fires just so you can survive. That was certainly different than other Sims games! One thing I do not like, however, is the social and fun levels. There is really nothing to do to make these stay up except talking to the monkeys or dancing, which takes too long.

I did however like how you could move the person yourself instead of moving the Sims icon and commanding your character to move here, do this, etc. It is a lot easier this way.

I myself did NOT use cheat codes. As long as you play that, it is fun, I think. Your game would certainly last longer if you do not use cheat codes.
