Pros: Fit and finish, quiet engine, excellent transmission.

Cons: Fuel economy isn't too bad, but not great (around 22-24 mpg)

The Bottom Line: 
I didn't think that I could fall in love with a crossover suv but this one proved me wrong.

Now I normally don't like to drive automatic transmission cars but this CRV has a very refined five speed automatic transmission with a drive by wire throttle system that instantly revs the engine as soon as you step on the gas. This makes the power delivery of the engine very responsive and it has more than enough power to pass cars on back roads.

The interior of the car is very usefull, it has more than enough storage for my liking. I'm a very clean car owner though, I don't put alot of crap in the car....ever. However my girlfriend is not a clean car owner, she keeps anything and everything in the car and thrown about on the floors, seats, and pockets. The CRV has more than enough storage for CD cases, pens, cell phones, etc. The only complaint I have about the storage is that the fold down middle console sometimes rattles when it's folded down.

This car is a joy to drive on the road and on the highway. It has more than enough power for me and it hardly ever struggles to find a gear on grades. You can even drive it fast on the freeway and it can handle it with ease. The ride is very good, and we have taken it on long trips with no problem or discomfort at all. The car also has very good front visibility due to an elevated seating position.

The CRV also has very good fit and finish both on the exterior and the interior. The materials Honda used are very good. The back also has very good storage space, and not to mention the trunk liner that doubles as a picnic table. I'm really in love with this small SUV!
