Pros: Great Graphics, Good Weapons, special features, Alternative Endings and Good Trojan cars(Armed response).
Cons: Lack of emergency services, Not allowed in to snow hill police station.

Pros: Very cheap to buy, now has motorbikes and thats about it.
Cons: Waste of money, very bad car handling, terrable stealth missions and more.
