Ok computer when working/beware best buy service

Pros: Good for internet wi fi

Cons: Hardware problems.

We bought our laptop last fall, had battery problems right away, Best Buy lost the computer during service, gave us another one. We had the Geek Squad set us up with all the optimization etc (at the house 2x due to replacement) Now the hard drive failed, we had bought the service plan with Best Buy which covers the hardware, NOT software, that means that even when the hard drive is defective, they will put in a new one, but you have to install operating system and all software on your own or pay Geeks to do it again. They did not make this clear with sales people. Overall, the computer does well on the internet etc. Should have stuck with Dell.
