Bottom Line: Your child will hear all about the metamorphosis of a little egg into a caterpillar into a cocoon and finally a butterfly.

Cons: our caterpillar toy doesn't morph
Bottom Line: Days of the week, caterpillar transformation, counting, colors, healthy foods, and even salami--The Very Hungry Caterpillar has it all!

Pros: Colorful and entertaining for children. Simple format.
Cons: Very short. Didn't like ending.
Bottom Line: A great book for teaching basic information like days of the week, counting and caterpillars to butterflies. A true classic for kids.
