Cons: Still does not allow the control that Linux does, but is less hard to run.

Pros: easier to install than linux, newest OS

Cons: BLOATED. Lots of eyecandy. Performance is hurt by both.

Bottom Line: Well until a newer Windows OS comes out we are pretty much stuck with this one. I have seen worse OS (ME comes to mind) easier to install than Linux
