Pros: Black color's good, "customer service" is open late. You can downgrade p.c. parts for free!
Cons: Bad customer support, They don't care about you after you buy their p.c.. bad parts
Bottom Line: Do not buy an emachine if you expect them to honnor a warrantee they don't care if you are a satisfied customer.
